If only the next Superman movie would be this good then all would be right with the world.
Epic...that's one of the words you could use to describe this film.
I went to see this on Sunday with my son and the theater was packed.
I recall seeing Batman Begins in 2005 and thinking it was a really good film.
It wasn't until I caught it on HBO while on vacation and got a second look. Upon further review I thought Begins was not just a good film....it was a really Great film! Top 5 most favorite on my list. Now we have The Dark Knight which in my humble opinion is as close to perfect as a superhero film can get. Villains weren't just comic book stereotypes, they were downright frightening. Heath Ledger took the Joker to a level higher than we've ever seen in previous incarnations, even beyond the comics. The action is a plenty and the SFX is not used to excess. This has been a great year for Comic Book movies with Iron Man, Indian Jones and now the icing on the cake...BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT! The series could end right here, but since there's supposed to be at least one more all I can say is: "...I can't wait!"

This isn't my art, but I thought it would be fun to share.
Looking through some of my old stuff I found this little gem of a Mego toy...SHAZAM!!!
(Actually he's Captain Marvel, but due to Marvel Comics holding the rights to the name "Captain Marvel", he's been called "Shazam!" by DC Comics who have owned the rights to this Fawcett character since the early 1970's)
I loved Mego toys when I was a kid in the 70's. It never occurred to me the hand positioning of this particular model. Now Looking at Shazam, I can almost hear the designers of this toy laughing when they first looked upon their final product.

Otto Small Evil Genius

What can I say about Otto...other than he's small. Only one Otto strip posted so far. But I have hundreds plotted out in my head....just need a little time pencils, ink and an old movie on DVD and I'll be flying!

The Pastaman Chronicles

This is a comic I worked on in 2003. I published one issue locally with a limited print run. Fairly well received by those who purchased it. If you have a copy of this book drop me a line.

Otto Small: Evil Genius

This is a little idea for a strip about a little man with big ideas. He's a genius, but a madman with a whole lot of sexist attitude.
I'll be posting more of these once I get them completed here.
